Norwood Paragon Results 25-26 October 2014

Last Sunday Dan Sullivan and Simon Warren travelled up to Yorkshire for the 2014 National Hill Climb on Pea Royd Lane. They were ably supported by Mike Hawkins who helped ensure things ran smoothly.

Warren set a decent time of 4:15.8 placing him in the top half and notably 7th in his age group. Meanwhile Sullivan was off quite early and for a while was 2nd fastest on the leader board. As the last riders made the ascent, so the leading times tumbled and it was Team Elite’s Dan Evans who won in 3:24.0.

Sullivan was a very impressive 13th in 3:45.6 and managed to beat a lot of strong contenders in the process including 2012 National Champ Jack Pullar who was Dan’s nemesis in the recent Bec Hill climb.
